PPRA No luck in reaching anyone there

I tried to contact this one and only Property Authority for weeks on end, with a personal matter regarding my NQF4, via email, phone calls, messages to no avail. This Authority regulates the WHOLE property industry but when I call, I get a lazy, "how can I get you", "sorry we are offline". Do you remember that TikTok clip that went viral. "yes how can we help you?" " o" . "Sorry madam we are off-line" , "yes..." Then later, I am caller nr 1 in the line for more than 30 minutes. I got through this morning one minute past 8. "Sorry we are off-line". Me "Can someone pls call me back?" " Noo madam they won't do that.." What the fudge??? We are paying a hell of a lot for fees for NO service!!! Can someone from the PPRA please call me personally. ***
