Poor work ethics towards customers

I've logged a complaint against Jawitz Realtors at the Property Practioners regulatory Authority on the 24 September 2023 and as of yet they never came back to state if they received my complaint. My complaint was sent to their legal department, to a Mr Siyabonga Maseko. Their services arw poor as they are supposed to assist the customer that has been treated badly, but no.... They don't care. They don't answer their phones or their customer phne line is long
