Poor Service from PPRA

Lodged a complaint with Regulatory Body on the 26.08.2022 and subsequently received e-mail confirmation of my dispute however i was informed by Naledi Mphahlele that my documentation was not received despite the confirmation below:

To date my complaint has received no attention or response, how can this be a Regulatory Body when they cant even attend to a complaint and pass you on from pillar to post...question to Naledi have to date been unanswered.

Poor and pathetic service and the question is what is your roll in this industry when you ignore complaints.
