Ineffective and inefficient services

I have sought assistance from the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) regarding malpractices and unfair practices carried out by First Property Trust (FPT) for the last 10 years already . It is my view that FPT has failed to act in accordance with the standards and regulations set out by the PPRA.

Please be advised that I have requested the relevant documents from Mr. Greg Howard, as well as further assistance as guided by the PPRA. Unfortunately, to date, I have not received any documentation related to this matter, nor any form of compensation. This ongoing delay has resulted in a significant loss of income.

Your urgent attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
