Accounts department *****

Previously known as the Estate Agency Affair Board, this government authority does not return calls or emails for the past year and now send final demand letters. On several occasions i have tried to communicate with The chief executive officer of accounts department, department Maria Tolo and still hear nothing. I've been charged for payments already paid and cannot get them to reconcile my account regardless of how many emails I send with the proofs. Holding on for 25 minutes each time I call also.
