Extremely disappointing experience with Property Partners.

My experience with Property Partners has been extremely frustrating, from the beginning of my tenancy right through to moving out.There were maintenance issues in the apartment from when I moved in, including a bedroom light that was not working, a hole in the door and a leak under the sink. Despite reporting these issues, I experienced repeated delays and poor communication, with matters seemingly left pending owner approval.Unfortunately, the service did not improve when I ended my lease. I moved out on 28 August 2026, and as of 16 September 2026, I am still yet to receive a proper update. That is 19 calendar days after moving out, and I have had to repeatedly follow up just to get information about my own deposit. Instead of receiving clear and timely assistance, I have been left chasing for responses.After fulfilling my responsibilities as a tenant, I expected a professional, transparent and efficient process when closing off my tenancy. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.The lack of communication, delays and overall handling have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Property Partners based on my experience and sincerely hope they improve the way they communicate with and treat their tenants.
