Terrible service from Terry Elson

Firstly - yesterday I told Terry I would like to view an apartment at to which he confirmed would be okay for today at 4pm. The next day he sends me an email to say that do still want to view the apartment because he heard from another estate agent that I had already viewed an apartment yesterday and if I still wanted to view. That had nothing to do with my appointment with him. It came across to as if he didn’t want to take me to view the apartment. Which as an estate agent I found highly unprofessional. Secondly- I told him I wanted to view the apartment as per previous arrangement. No changes were made in the plans. I get there and phone him and he says oh he didn’t know that we were still meeting. That I should’ve have checked my mail. Please see correspondence below that clearly indicates and his words not mine to meet at 15.59. I drove 25km for the appointment! He displayed arrogance and rudeness . Didn’t apologize or even try to accommodate. I wouldn’t use or recommend property nerds - more specifically Terry Elson.

Reviewer Update
I have written to hello Peter giving my proof of the incident. I find it highly disrespectful for Property Nerds to make the comment below when in fact the manager responded to my email saying ; Good morning. Hope you are well. Thank you very much for your email, i have taken the necessary steps in making sure this behaviour Does not happen again. I have a chat to Terry and we are all on the same page now regarding customer service. Please feel free to contact me if I can assist you in finding a property to rent. Thank you once again for bring this to my attention. Kindest Regards Sonia van eck

There was clearly a miscommunication around the confirmation of the appointment. No salesperson will attend a meeting without a set confirmation.

Sadly Estate Agents are often used and abused, so this type of review (mindset) is to be expected.

With over 10 years of service, and only this one lonely review is a testament to the service of Property Nerds and Terry.
