Unhappy with Property Manopoly

I am a home owner putting my home up for rental with this Real Estae Agent. The agent is covering more for the people renting the home as for the owners. The question is why having agent, if the agent is not giving service or taking care of your belongings. Cancel a contract within months and at the end the owner loses and the rental people is carrying no loss. If you are a owner think twice of entrusting this firm with your property.
