****MING TENANTS DEPOSIT REFUND

I signed a lease agreement with an agent by the name of Suzette Jordan for a 2 bedroomed flat in Randfontein(Homelake) around 17/12/2024 for january 2025 to August 2025 which i paid a deposit of R6900,i gave a notice to move out on the first of june telephonically as that was our means of cummunication of which she accepted,i moved out on the 30th of june(30 days notice served),to date their refusing with my deposit refund although inspections where done when i was moving out and no damages where noted.The Agent refers me to the property owner that he is the one holding my deposit but i didnt have any agreement with the property owner but Property Masters,The Owner tells me he didnt get a notice from the agent,its been a full 4 months now without a refund and their now ignoring my calls and messages
