Extreme disappointed with Property Masters Realty Group – Greenhills Randfontein

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Property Masters Realty Group – Greenhills Randfontein and would not recommend them to anyone. The commission percentage in the sole mandate was significantly lower than what was charged after the mandate expired, during the sale. The rental process was equally frustrating, marked by poor management that placed all the responsibility on the property owner. Despite charging agent fees, their service was unprofessional, leaving the owner to handle almost everything. Additionally, the agent allowed the lessee to withhold the keys from the owner until the key deposit was received ahead of inspecting the property. It wasn’t until lawsuits were mentioned that the keys were suddenly made available to the owner. My overall experience with Property Masters Realty Group – Greenhills Randfontein was incredibly negative, and I strongly advise anyone to think twice before entering into a contract with them.
