My emails ignored

Received my April Body Corp statement on the 03/04/15, on the 7th I responded with a query related to my statement as well as a follow up on complex maintenance which was promised to have begun in April. To date NO response.<br> <br> Today, we needed financials amongst other things of the Body Corp for a potential buyer, and I emailed Nadine Davidson, as well as my agent and of course no response. We tried her landline, it just rang. I then sent both our emails (as it was urgent) to [Email Removed] and eventually Murray Stack responded stating she is aware of my emails and will respond.<br> <br> My wife then call her on her cell, was told that she was off ill for 4 days and that there is no one else that can assist, after my wife advised her that, that was unacceptable my wife was told that we shouldn't treat her like ****, and that we shouldn't **** her off and that she should mind her own business... to which my wife rep****, we pay our levies and thus it is our business.<br> <br> This is obviously not acceptable service or behavior!
