Just poorly managed, and the staff poorly trained. Trustees have to take responsibility for following up on every request. Jobs are not tracked and followed-up on by the agents. We had very junior property managers assigned to our complex who were quite out of their depth. Even meetings scheduled with management to address poor delivery were not fruitful. A truly ****ndous experience dealing with this company. This is the first online complaint I have ever lodged - so dreadful was this experience.
