Dont use Property Management Ignite as your Managing Agent
Our Body Corporate had a very disappointing experience with Property Management Ignite, specifically the owner Robert. Communication was a major concern, with important trustee queries not being properly answered. We also experienced issues with agreed processes not being followed, which caused frustration, delays, and a breakdown in trust. Another concern was the use of preferred suppliers. In our experience, supplier options felt limited, and pricing often appeared to be higher than what I obtained locally. A managing agent has an important responsibility to support trustees, communicate clearly, act transparently, and follow proper Body Corporate processes. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The relationship eventually broke down, and there is now a dispute regarding further fees, which we do not believe are justified under the circumstances. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Property Management Ignite to other Body Corporates. If you need references please contact me, I can send you a good few. ***

Absolute Nightmare to deal with.
If you are considering moving into a property managed by PMI, think again. My experience with them has been nothing short of catastrophic. They are utterly useless, unprofessional, and childish. No matter how you try to reach them—WhatsApp, email, their app, or phone—they ignore all forms of communication. When you do call, they invent excuses, claiming the person you need is “busy” or “not available,” which is blatant lying. We currently live under a tenant above us who makes excessive noise and even leaves cigarette butts and chicken bones in our yard. Despite repeated complaints, PMI has done absolutely nothing to address the situation. We genuinely feel unsafe in our own home because of their inaction. To any potential buyers or tenants: check who manages the property before committing. If it’s PMI, run the other way. They are ***********, dismissive, and make living in the building a nightmare.
