Rude, ***********, arrogant. They ensure they take money from you and they never supply proper invoices or receipts. They couldn't bother to conduct necessary repairs and thought they're clever to cancel their mandate. Sorry to hear about their ****, but our deposits are not there for outstanding maintenance or to enrich the owner!! Their doors should be closed - I want them audited and investigated. Where is a pro bono attorney when you need one?!
