Property Legends are a disaster for both seller and prospective buyer.

There's this farm being sold in Onderstepoort in which we were interested. One of their agents took us for viewing on 11 January at around 11.45. We loved the farm and were willing and ready to sign the OTP on 17 Jan. despite the fact that the further information we requested was never provided allegedly because the seller was not available. Then BANG. AGENT DISSAPPEARED TO THIN AIR. Countless emails, calls and whatsapp messages yielded no results except for one story after the other and excuse after excuse. The last communication from the agent following my telephonic enquiry was on 7 Frbruary when he promised to get back to me asap. To date im still waiting.. The farm is still on the market by the same agent even now. We could have bought that farm in early February already but oh no, Property Legends became our dissapointment Legends. Long and short, I'm consoled that I'm not the only one who experienced not bad, but extremely horrible service from Property Legends. I agree they are very dissapointing when it comes to service. It's a pity they are the only ones who listed that farm otherwise we would have long gone to another agency. Property Legends are bad news for both sellers and prospective buyers. They are truly bad news. In fact, they are hopeless.
