Property agent do not care about you

We bought a house that was registered on 28 February 2022. When we were supposed to receive the keys the agent (Magrietha Susanna "Sanet" Oosthuizen) told us to call the seller. The seller told us that she will move out when the house she is buying is registered. The agent also told us that the seller will move out at the end of March and she will not pay us rent. We communicated with Property Legends and they indicated that there is nothing they can do. When I asked if they had spoken to Sanet they said they cant get a hold of her. They will not do anything about the fact their employee has taken a decision for us and is advising her client to break the law.

Sanet is rude and disrespectful. She takes sides. She doesn't care about people but she does have favorites. Her company does not discipline agents who commit misconduct.

If there was a rating worse than 1 start that is what I would have given them.
