Pathetic and rediculous services by Property Legends

I leased a property through Leandra van dis at Property Legends , the property was infested with mold and after months of complaining I could no longer stay in the unit, it became uninhabitable and a health hazzard. I was threatened with cancelation costs advertising costs and so on. After complaining to their customer relations I was sent an email informing me that my deposit will be repaid back to me after cleaning and handing over the key on the 1st of September 2021, at the inspection of the property I showed Leandra all the damages as a result of the mold and she acknowledged that the mold was a problem. On the 2nd of September 2021 I tried calling Leandra to enquire about my deposit and she failed to answer any of my calls, when I called their offices again to enquire about my deposit, I was informed by Property Legends that it takes 7 days for them to repay the deposit. I was only contacted by Leandra on the 8/9th of September 2021 that my money was paid over to the owner. I received terrible service and I feel that their conduct is unfair and ********. Leandra Van Dis wants to force me to live in an uninhabitable apartment and to cite the Consumer Protection Act.
