Overall unprofessional approach to business.

I notified Property Ledgends on 25th of May 2015 that I would be moving out. I had a 2 month notice contract which I was aware of. They did find a new renter for the apartment by the end of June so I was not responsible for the rent of July and our contract was terminated. After numerous occasions asking various employees when my deposit will be paid back, I received a different answer each time. (Confirming lack of training provided). After two occasions that my deposit was not payed back, I insisted to speak to the person in charge of accounts. She was unable to meet the payment deadlines she provided and blamed me for not providing my banking details. So, I sent my details on 10th of July, with a confirmation that the payment will be made. It was not done, so I contacted her again. It was confirmed that the payment was made on the 13th of July. I insisted on a proof of payment and I received an interim audit report (CAN NOT BE USED AS A PROOF OF PAYMENT) stating that only R1995.11 will be payed into my account of R5300. They decided to paint the apartment due to 8 nails that \ruined"the wall. Keeping me liable for the call out fee and labour of R1200. """
