JOHAN BROODRYK FOR PROPERTY LEGENDS( Very *********** and useless)

When I moved in Johan Broodryk never did any inspection on the property. He is good at collecting the money but once you move in he disappears. I replaced bulbs myself and paved the back yard because of how dusty the place was. When I moved out no inspection or what so ever was done and now I am given story when my deposit has to be paid. DONO NOT USE PROPERTY LEGENDS. They are lies and hungry pieces of *******. Once they collect your money they dont care about your stay.
