The WORST rental agent in PRETORIA ( SUNNYSIDE)

The absolute WORST rental agency in the entire gauteng area. The lady who runs this agency has zero sense of professionalism and preys on young unassuming students to occupy the properties she rents out only for her to subject them to the wildest treatment. She does not respect her tenants and speaks to them like they do not pay her monthly. I moved out last year December and even went back to the flat to clean the windows in good faith. Upon receiving my deposit payout I noticed that she had not included my deposit interest that I am entitled to and she had deducted close to 1k without giving me any written notice. This rental agency is probably not even registered with the rentals board yet every month they receive people’s monies.

She also added a parking fee randomly to the tenants rent. No written notice or anything.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS RENTAL AGENCY especially as a young student or professional!
