Property Kiosk is the Worst agency out there!

The Worst Agency I've ever experienced.

Shockingly poor service all over, from the caretaker to the agents themselves. MATHILDA THERESE Swanepoel mistreated me during my stay there and I can't believe the amount of bad service I've had to put up with.

I've been locked out of my flat despite making payment in time. Been called "You people" which I seemed like a ****** remark and as if that's not derogatory enough... They are not available to you're dissatisfaction and only accessible month end. The caretaker protects and shields their disgusting behaviors!

Communication with them is near impossible and they are cash ***s looking only to take advantage and exploit black people.

I wouldn't advise anyone to put up with this tuck shop like agency. They are awful, impatient & ******!

They failed to give me my deposit money after I left. Claiming I left the place filthy, when I requested pictures, they were silent and failed to follow-up with me.

Do yourself a favor and not sign that lease agreement with this Agency! It's a nightmare...
