Management

It just okay until they changed to property kiosk. I am staying in Credenda flats in Sunnyside. There's is absolutely no sense of security because tenants can open each others doors within a living unit,is that even allowed? I got broken into because the doors couldn't lock allowing someone to come in. Getting a footage was joke, so was trying to let the agency to accept responsibility so they can compensate my lost items, let alone co-operate.

Because this mostly accomodates students or young employees it was obvious that I would not have the financial power to take it further. The lady incharge(or not) sends one word responses to enquiries that have been emailed and chooses what she wants to reply to. When you go to the offices or speak to the caretaker you are never told you are supposed to make enquiries via email.

Here we are treated like we are not paying rent. We have to run around appointed officials (caretaker and whoever is incharge for running around him to make sure he gets things done) for maintenance issues all the time. Plus they have been charging us a parking fee we had not agreed to. It's all fun and games that we have signed a contract compelling us to rules but we have no source or sense of support when the rules are broken on their side. Your email will just be ignored.

Old materials are never refreshed. There are licking piping systems, taps, geysers. There is zero sense of urgency for people's problems. Your tap will lick for a month with the agency being aware of the issue. Bear in mind you will not be offered a different water bill. It just seems like a money making sceme where people are just supposed and expected to stay in unfavourable conditions and be greatful while paying rent. I have been living here for 3 years now believe me when i say they show no empathy or support for tenants property challanges and take their sweet time to resolve them.

Stay here if you want or don't mind doing everything by yourself even if you are entitled to it, don't mind having limited security and keep replacing everything you loose because you are not safe. And if you maybe desire your neighbour having access to enter you flat and probably cut you in your sleep. And because at the moment it is what you can afford, like me.
