LIES ABOUT DOING THE JOB WHEN IT WASNT DONE

I have employed this company to do an inspection at our property when our tenants moved in. She went to the property and did the inspections on the 13th of October. We provided her with our inventories and inspection sheet and advised her to go through everything and have the tenants sign the document. Since the 13th we have not received the inspection. I have followed up with her in excess of 15 times, this includes about 6 emails, spoke to her twice, numerous additional voice-mails left and unanswered phone calls. She keeps telling me the inspections have been signed but that all that she didn't do was count the crockery and cutlery but yet no inspection with any signature has been received. Today's date is the 5th of November 2015 and we are well over the period to do an incoming inspection for our property and we are not at financial risk should any damages occur to our property (furnished) we have no leg to stand on to recoup costs. She claims to be an registered agent but she does not appear on the EAAB website, neither her company.
