This company poses as a real Estate agents or so they say.. They will ask you to transfer deposits for purchase of property into their trust account. If you are unsuccessful in your bid for the property. You will not receive your refund as they say 48 hours to reflect into your account. I have waited 7 working days for 2 refunds, also you may ask them for a proof of payment and they will never provide you with one.BUT THEY INSIST THE MONEY HAS BEING TRANSFERED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Their business is to get you to transfer money into their account, never to be paid back. Do not sell property with them and never buy property with them. If you do tell them you want to transfer into the attorney trust account directly. From there you will never hear from them or the property for sale.
