The service I got when I was buying the house was good But after that was terrible. I found some defects around the house that wasn't stated in the disclosure form. These defects was latent defects and was difficult to pick up from a buyer.

My suggestion is rather take ur time inspecting the every inch of the house (open each tap,celling, roofing) or just buy from estate agents whereby everything is disclosure.
