Shockingly Property Framework Services CC thrives through Lies!

<p>It has been 2 weeks since I brought my complaint to the attention of Property Framework Services CC as their former tenant (in absentia, as the room was arranged for my 2 dependants). My complaint is I am entitled to a full refund of deposit R5400 I paid for their rented apartment used by my dependants May 2015 to April 2016, as they left the room intact. </p> <p> </p> <p>Property Framework Services CC refuses to release my full deposit. Based on lies by their caretaker Vincent, they claim that I agreed to a list of check-out damages. How do I agree to such when I did not do check-in inspection list with Vincent? I did not use the room at all, as it was by my dependants. Logistically, as the check-in inspection list was done with my 2 dependants, so equally, the check-out list ought to have been conducted with them. Sadly, Property Framework would like to pretend that they never existed.</p> <p>One wonders how are they to justify the existence of our contract without my dependants? Could part of Vincent’s failiure to conduct proper check-out (with my 2 dependants on the 14th Floor Apartment) be due to the business practice being so dependant on lies for profit?</p> <p>Or perhaps the Caretaker himself (Vincent) was afraid of getting stuck-up in the ***** lift at the 14th Floor on a Sa****ay afternoon as it often happens, so I’ve told? Whatever reason, one wonders how many other parents/wards like myself are being ****** of their deposits by Property Framework Services CC through lies (of trumped up lists of damages inserted after obtaining the signature of the tenant).</p> <p> </p> <p>Several attempts to bring this serious complaint to the representation of Property Framework Services CC management Ms Wilhemina Hlungwani email: ********** tel ********** 7453 and Ms Rina Pyper email: ********** tel ********** 410 has been deliberately ignored.</p> <p> </p>
