Poor Service

The tenants are not cared for at this company. I have complained for months on end since i moved into my apartment that i rent at One Eloff ***ned by Property Framework) in the JHB CBD near Salisbury Claims just opposite FARADAY taxi rank. Till this day nothing has been despite numerous reassurances by the building manager Mike that the matter is being attended to. I would like this company to take it's tenants very seriously. The rent is always paid in full every month but it takes Framework Property months to attend to tenant queries.
