Poor business practice.

Do not rent a property through Property Express as they are only for the owner and not the tenant. Property Express is renting houses in poor state, they send you blank contracts to sign and then add extra expenses afterwards. Fees are increased without notice. When you send them enquiry messages they do not respond or bother to reply. I am renting an entire property and paying for it but do not have full access to the entire property. On top of that you as the tenant have to ask for statements every month. I find their service to be lacking in all areas, they do not care about the tenants! I would not recommend renting through them if you are a tenant.
