Poor Customer Service from Property Cycle in Margate

<p>We recently bought a house at Margate (Durban North), through property agency by the name of Property Cycle. The mistake we made was to trust our agent, we didn't check the property in and out. The house has serious material defects, that is, both inhouse toilets are leaking and blocked, visitors toilet is broken and it has been put together with the glue, and the garage door is rusted and broken into two pieces. Notified Gert Meyer on the 26th October 2016 about these material defects and he undertook that he come and check the place the next day which is 27th October 2016, which to date hasn't happen. The guy was just defensive and trying to shift the blame on us. I haven't heard from Gert until i called him today the 15th November 2016, very coockie and as usual defensive about the whole situation. The dude even dropped a phone on my ear while i was still talking because i disagreed with him when he was instructing me to be nice. From the agent that sold us the house, Veronica, there's no proper feedback about this issue. We could have seen it coming because originally the house was priced R650k and the later R750k and finally R850k (within a month), but because we had pressures from a client we ended up buying the house for R850k. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this agency, they don't care about clients but Rands and Cents. Zero customer service and attitude stinks, from bottom up to the MD. </p>
