Majeedah the Best

Lost for words with the amount of happiness Majeedah has put in my heart to make my family's dream a reality after being left in the dark by our previous agency. So long story short. We did a OTP with our previous Agent early December 2021. We got news in February 2022 we need to sign some legal documents bla bla bla this was done. I then make contact in March 2022 since it was my wife's Birthday and I wanted to give her something stating that she's the owner of the house that we had a OTP on bla bla bla. March till close to the end of August 2022 I just got fed up decided them I'm going to cancel and look for something else,with my wifes help obviously. Same day we cancelled our previous OTP I was working nightshift my wife send me the of a property that she likes that same night I send a email via Property24. The next morning I called Majeedah after a small nap,We had a conversation and she said she doing viewing at 5pm. Me being me I forced my way to view 1 since she was at the property and had a appointment 14h30. Myself and the wife took 15min of her time to view and immediately we wanted to put in a offer. Thursday we put in a offer Friday morning we get approval Monday we get a call from transfer attorney Wednesday we sign all documents And there u have it we have the opportunity to take early Occupation to move into the house. Majeedah I wish you all the best in your career all the way forward. I have spoken to some of my friends after we met today they still don't believe that everything is done within 4 to 5 working day.
