Dear Property Connect Management Team,

I'm writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding the behavior of one of your agents, Mrs. Petro Lombaard, who operates in the Rustenburg, North West area.

On February 26, 2026, my husband received a phone call from Mrs. Lombaard, stating she intended to show our rented property tomorrow at 11:30 AM to clients, despite knowing we wouldn't be available. She mentioned contacting the property owner (our landlord and her son-in-law) and my husband's General Manager.

As tenants, we believe this action breaches our right to reasonable notice for property viewings, as per South African law, which typically requires 24-48 hours' notice.

We request your prompt attention to this matter and would appreciate it if you could investigate and advise on actions taken.
