********** Certificate Given during Transferring of Property

<p>Property COC did an inspection for Pest Certificate required for the sale of a property, they provided us with a certificate showing that the property was clear. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shortly after, when new owner took occupation, there were clear indications that borrer was present in the unit. </p> <p> </p> <p>We made contact with Property COC on numerous occassions, appointments were made and no one pitched up. We called, emailed, smsed and got no response from them and no assistance. </p> <p> </p> <p>We had to get another company in, who gave us a report of borrer in the unit, and we had to get the unit cleared for the price of R3000 including inspection charge. </p> <p> </p> <p>Property COC was informed of this and did nothing. They did not reply, they did not apologise, they have not responded to any of our requests. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was frustrating and disapointing to deal with a company so uninterested in the service they provide. </p> <p> </p> <p>Will never recommend them to anyone. </p>
