Agent is refusing to pay back my deposit

I signed a lease with the agent by the name of Nandi properties. I was a 6 months rental I paid a deposit & 6 months rent. End of October the landlord didn't renew the contract because he was back from Cape Town where he was working.

The same agent who find me that place said there's a house that is available it's the house that they bought from action it's still in the process of registration I can stay until I find another place .

I hired people to assist me moving, hired a removal when we got there the security guy refused us to off load said the house it's still under the bank we can't move in there.

I had to go back paid the truck & people that I hired the landlord said if I'm staying another month I'll have to pay 2000 of which i did because I did have a place to stay.

So 1st of December we moved out cleaned their place walls doors everything handed over the keys to the agent she phoned say the landlord said everything is in order.

Today I want my deposit she said the landlord want the deposit bcs I didn't clean the shower their place it's dirty. I asked if it was dirty why you didn't not see when you went to check she doesn't answer me.

Please assist this agent is been giving me hell she never be a mediator if I had problem she would say I must contact the landlord whereas she got the commission.
