Propertuity management have ********ly locked up my brother's belongings because of failure of payment by their tenant who was my brother's employee. After over 2 months of trying to speak to the relevant manager by phone calls, text and email we still cannot get his property out. Stephen the portfolio manager at Propertuity has blatantly ignored all correspondence to attempt to resolve the situation. We have now decided to institute legal action as this is wholly unacceptable never mind *******! This company is unprofessional and conducts their affairs in an ******* way and we will not stand for it!
