Poor service and delivery

From start to finish, buyers have not been treated with respect. Lack of communication and delivery have been the standard. No response to emails. Bought a property at Craftmens ship, transfer was delayed by months due to propertuity, they then failed to register the sectional title as residential instead and now we are paying business rates which are 5 times the residential. They have taken no accountability and have left it to owners to figure out and fork the bill. Shocking.
