Disgusting treatment of investors

<p>In July 2015 I took the plunge and purchased an investment property at Hallmark House in Maboneng. I was caught up in the incredible transformation which was taking place in our inner city, and immediately fell in love for the beautiful plans for the rejuvenation of the building which is now Hallmark House. Sadly, nearly two years later, my passion for this urban regeneration has been soured by Propertuity's severe lack of professionalism. I have experienced issues at every turn, from a "bond originator" who nearly lost me the bond on my property (and landed numerous other peoplei have spoken to in the same situation and worse), to extremely poor workmanship on my apartment (including dummy cabinets being installed in the kitchen in place of functional cabinets and a balcony door which is so badly fitted there is a 5cm gap between the door and the frame, which I have been promised since December would be resolved), tobeing charged operational costs on the building which, when I finally got the break-down I have been asking for for months, include running costs for a swimming pool which has not even been installed yet. Even my tenant, who has only been in the building for 2 months (after the agent delaying him moving in by days because she had lost the key), is now at his wits end with the building too, as he has been without hot water for 2 days and counting, and nothing has been done despite reporting the issue to the building manager and trying to contact Propertuity regarding the issue. The installation of amenities such as DSTV and fibre access has also still not been completed. <br />Propertuity, I hope that you can finally find some employees who love the idea of this potentially amazing urban regeneration as much as your investors do, and who won't leave calls and emails unanswered and try to bury their heads in the sand to ignore the issues that it is their very job to resolve like your current employees do. It saddens me greatly that my one chance at investing in an amazing development to supplement my meagre income as a state-employed teacher has turned out to be such a complete and utter farce. I sincerely hope that the rest of your investors do not feel the same, as without your investors you are nothing. Never forget that WE are the ones who make you successful, and can therefore also be the ones to put an end to that success if enough of us put our foot down and refuse to stand for this unacceptable treatment any longer.</p>
