Above and beyond

I cannot thank Propersell enough for their excellent service. When I contacted them, Johnnie himself came out to meet me. They had no problem finding a buyer - but then the problems started. The City of Joburg lost my approved plans, and the architect who I appointed to get my plans re-approved disappeared after Propersell obtained all the required signatures.

I had already left the country, but Johnnie and his team were proactive in solving every problem, and communicating every step. They also assisted in looking after the property while it was not occupied. They went far beyond what is expected from an estate agent.
