10 Palm Hills rental deposit

Hello Peter <br> <br> On the 15th of august 2015 I started renting a place in Bloemfontein pellisier through properlet the agents name was Abri. I stayed there until 15TH June 2014 with no payments missed whatsoever. When I moved out I gave the agency a 3 months notice as stated on the contract in writing, when I was moving out I made several calls to the agency for them to come and do an inspection no one availed themselves till the day I had to leave Bloemfontein I took their keys back to the agency and the lady at the reception told me someone will go and do the inspection.<br> <br> 2 weeks later I tried several times also to get hold of the agent he kept on telling me he is dealing with my issue until the day he asked the lady at the reception to call me and tell me I will not receive my deposit because they had to repaint the apartment.<br> <br> I was staying there alone even if repainting was needed but im sure it would not cost 4200.00. <br> <br> to date I still cannot make peace with loosing soo much money for nothing I feel the agency is not fair to me.
