OVERPROMISE AND UNDERDELIVERY OF SERVICE

Would like to warn property owners against signing up with PROPERLET Bloemfontein. Abrie de Waal was involved in placing the tenant without doing due diligence. No deposit was collected and I was not advised of this. Tenant defaulted from month 1. Agent kept on making arrangements even after the request to cancel contract was made. I now have to take legal action to get tenant to vacate property - agent did not take my calls or rep**** to me emails. POOR SERVICE NO REPLY TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. THIS COMPANY OVERPROMISSES AND UNDER DELIVERS
