Extremely bad service

We app**** for a property to let after telling them we are taking the property we send through application with a thank you it has been received. When phoning them they are always busy and will phone back but never phones back. Do you know how sad it is telling your 3 year old daughter this is her room and her swimming pool just to let het down because these people can not do there jobs. I will never advise anyone to rent from you.......
