Do not rent from them if you want decent service

The service at this business is extremely poor. While renting a property from them it was next to impossible to receive a response on any maintenance matter. Now that we have ended our rent with them, they do not respond to any correspondence, the principal are never available when one phones the office, cannot be contacted on a cell phone and never calls back. We did not complete our notice period as they informed us that they have found a tenant and we were advised that we can move out immediately as the new tenants want to move in. The inspection was done and no faults found, but they just refuses to return our deposit. Then they advised that they have not received the latest municipal accounts, which we requested from the municipal and provided them with. The only communication is with the receptionist when she answers the phone. The principal and agent involved are never available. I would rather rent a more expensive house or smaller property before having to deal with them again.
