Bad communication and lack of professionalism!

We rented with properlet for exactly a year and for exactly a year we were loyal paying customers each month and they always called or sms to make sure we do our monthly rental payments . Now at the end of of leasing agreement we expect out rental deposit back .

We handed over our keys on 16 October 2020 with our moving out inspection, and it has now been exactly 21 days after the inspection and handing over the keys and nothing has been communicated with paying back out deposit !

Im sorry but i cant handle this any more , as ive called every day following up with them but never have they treid to contact us from their side regarding our deposit that has to be paid back ! At the day of inspection i was told that with in the next 7 to 10 working days i would be paid back our deposit , but like ive said were now on the 21st day after inspection and after empty promises has been made .

Hope this can be sorted out ASAP !
