Proper Team refuse to refund deposit

This is not incompetence but theft. After renting for a year, and being ahead with the rental, I served notice and left. Faith and Simon (business owners) processed the exit and informed that the unit required a paint job. No objection from me. It's been three months and while the unit is again occupied, they no longer answer calls or respond to emails. Steer clear of this rental agent. Each time I call from a different number (because they no longer answer mine) I'm told the refund is being processed or that Simon will call me back! For months. Steer clear of this rental agent.
