Proper Team - Breach of placement agreement! Do not use this company!

We hired Proper Team to place a tenant for us in April 2019. The tenant was placed 1 June 2019. The 1st month's rent and rental deposit was paid to Proper Team by the tenant. Proper Team owes us as the owners R8300 since 1st June and have not paid! They have provided us with the statement of the funds owed to us but are not adhering to the placement mandate and are not paying out as per the statement. We have not received the balance that is due to us as owners and over a month has passed! We have called the owner of Proper Team numerous times with no outcome. They do not care that they are beaching a contractual agreement. Owners - do not use Proper Team to place a tenant or manage your rental - you will not be paid what you are owed and will not receive the service you are paying for. They have no concern for their breach of agreement nor any regard for the fact that they are not providing the service they have been paid for!
