PropCare tagline reads \PropCare is your one-stop property service you can rely on."<br> <br> This is so untrue and definitely should NOT be their tagline since they are totally unprofessional and make false promises.<br> <br> I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM - I HAVE EVEN HEARD FROM ONE OF THEIR SUB-CONTRACTORS ABOUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE JACO DE LANGE IS.<br> <br> The contact number provided does not even gets answered - one has to try multiple times and various intervals to try and get through - sometimes you need to switch to Private Number since it seems they screen the calls.<br> <br> It's evident that PropCare has no sense of etiquette and professionalism. I have left numerous messages for Jaco de Lange to contact me and as yet he still has not called. I have even told the person taking the call it was urgent and that she should call me soonest but still he does not call.<br> <br> It's definitely not a good idea to be invested or trusted with PropCare as they have no Customer Interests at heart and have no Customer Skills.<br> <br> Totally Useless Customer Service """
