Complaint about poor service
I bought a house in a new development area in Cape Town. within 8 months of me being in the house I’ve noticed leaks when it’s raining, walls had cracks I reported this in June 2022. They promised to fix the matter Until today they do not pickup the phones nor responding to my emails I spoke with Cherise Coetzee the lady working in that company she promised to get back to me beginning June, she’s now no longer taking the calls or responding to my emails The company is located in Pretoria Faerie Glen Now I don’t know what to do. Their service is very poor
