Be careful when buying from Canprop

Be very careful when buying from this developer. We have had a reoccurring problem with our shower floor that is constantly leaking on to our bathroom and it’s effect are visible with our bathroom and passage wall constantly ‘swollen’ due the wetness. Fan in the bathroom is so tiny for a bathroom without window, it’s has caused moulding.

The walls haven’t been sound proofed we can literally hear all that our neighbors do, even when they use the toilet.

We are yet again in a dispute, we purchased a dishwasher the last month and we discovered that pipeline and drainage structure doesn’t allow for draining. The issue is something we could not have foreseen as we did not have a dishwasher. The attitude we have received from Cherise Coetzee from Canprop has been so poor and condensing. We have been advised by a plumber that the problem isn’t plumbing related but structure design of the draining, this has been relayed to Canprop and we are still waiting for them to fix the issue.
