Concerns and Dissatisfaction with Propacademy's Course.

Firstly, the learning portal appears to be outdated, requiring manual renewal of my course, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, the website's slow loading times contribute to a subpar user experience, and it's evident that this issue is not related to my internet connection.

Moreover, the course material lacks comprehensive explanations, relying on monthly webinars that merely repeat questions instead of providing valuable insights. The financial aspect adds to my frustration, with a total cost of 8k for the course and an additional R500 for renewal, a considerable investment that, in my opinion, does not justify the overall quality.

Comparatively, I have come across courses priced at 6k, spanning 11-12 months, which seem to offer better value for money. Furthermore, the presence of spelling errors in course questions and accompanying documents raises concerns about the attention to detail and quality control.

I've consulted with students from other real estate courses and practicing agents, who highlight significant discrepancies between Propacademy's coursework and industry standards. The consensus is that the questions are simplistic and structured in a way that doesn't align with the challenges faced by professionals in the field.

In conclusion, the current state of Propacademy's offerings has left me dissatisfied, and I strongly advise against purchasing any courses from the platform. I believe improvements are necessary to uphold the institution's reputation and provide students with a more enriching educational experience.
