Persistent System Failures Affecting Productivity 😤 Frustration Constant Bugs and Slow Performance Very Frustrating Experience

The current experience with the PropData system is becoming increasingly frustrating. Several tabs are not loading consistently, which makes even the most basic tasks take far longer than they should.

We understand that there has been ongoing communication about the system still syncing data from H1, but at this point, it’s difficult to accept that as a continuous explanation. The reality on the ground is that we are losing valuable time on simple actions that should take a few minutes, yet end up taking significantly longer due to system instability.

What’s particularly concerning is that these issues are not isolated. Almost daily, there seems to be a different feature that is either not working properly or not working at all. This creates the impression of a system that is unreliable and not fully under control, which directly impacts productivity and service delivery.

From a user perspective, it feels like the platform is constantly in a semi-functional state rather than being fully operational. There needs to be clearer communication on what exactly is causing these persistent issues, what is being done to resolve them, and most importantly, when users can expect a stable and fully functional system.

At the moment, the inefficiencies caused by these ongoing problems are affecting workflow, turnaround times, and overall confidence in the platform.
