**** of payment
paid my account only to call and be treated as if i didnt pay, wanting things for free. was told to sent my bank statement to show if i really paid the money, come on guys its only a few hundred runs and this happened twice. paid last week Monday, only to call today(Monday), only to be told that we cant see your payments and still waiting for them to reconcile my payment, its actually taking them a week. if i may ask what's the point of us sending you proof of payment? when i am being told to produce my bank statement. this is poor guys, pull up your socks you will lose customers or maybe you don't care as long as money is coming in!
